Tummy Time

Each day I get a little bit stronger by doing my tummy time. This is me resting between head lifts.

First Trip to Grandma and Grandpa Fladager's

Cale had fun on his first trip to Grandma and Grandpa Fladager's house this weekend. He slept for most of it but did, of course, also get lots of cuddle time in with Grandma, Grandpa and Aunty Lisa. Lately Cale and his dad have been "accused" of being too serious. Well, this is dad after being dared that he couldn't fit the rest of the angelfood cake in his mouth. (Check out his mother... overcome with pride! ) Maybe it is ok if Cale wants to stay a bit serious!

Family Day Vacation

We had fun in Moose Jaw! I stayed in my first hotel room and went out for supper. I'm not much in to king sized beds, hot tubs or Thai food, but I was very quiet so my mom and dad could have a relaxing time.

One Month Birthday

Look how much I've grown up from my picture at 12 days to the picture of me on my one month birthday! I'm now eight pounds and filling out my newborn clothes (even the legs which I previously had no use for).
I've been out and about a lot lately. I like going shopping and out for meals. I'm told we're going to the Moose Jaw spa this weekend but I'm not so sure I like the idea of an overnight trip.
I've recently had quite a few more visitors (and gifts). Thanks to belle-mere Wendy, Marion Gorrie and the Pattons for stopping by to see me. Of course, my grand parents can't get enough of me!
I'm sleeping about 3 hours at a time (for now) and am starting to like my bath times. Every day I get a bit of "tummy time" and my neck is getting quite strong.
On Saturday I get my official first photographs taken by a professional.
Thanks to something called "a government", my daddy gets to spend an extra day with me on Family Day. We are all happy for that!

My Dad is the Best!

I love spending time with my daddy! He is so good at relaxing me and helping me fall asleep. I love it when he plays his guitar and sings to me. I hope I can play guitar as good as him someday. He is so special that I decided to give him my very first smile (mom is a bit jealous). I'm sure that smile will come in handy someday when I see a great toy that I want. I know my dad is a sucker for toys and now he melts in my tiny hands every time I smile. This is going to be fun!

I Love My Mom!

Just for a minute, lets look at my mom instead of me... My mom is sooooo special! She has already done amazing things for me and I can tell that she will always be there for me! Doesn't she look good after only 3 weeks? Ok, back to looking at me now!

Bath Time and Nap Time!

I don't much care for bath time, but I do like to be cuddled in my blanket afterwards! In my dreams I'm celebrating holding the Stanley Cup above my head as the captain of the Edmonton Oilers!
